Disclaimers

1. No Affiliation with X / Twitter or Any Other Platform

Not affiliated with X / Twitter

Winify is an independent service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with X Corp. or Twitter, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The same is true of Kick, YouTube and Google, Discord, Telegram, Twitch, and every casino, sportsbook or other brand that appears on the Service. "X", "Twitter", "Tweet" and every other third-party name and logo are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe what our tools work with.

This applies to everything we offer, including the Winify X API, which is an independent developer service and not an official X product. Giveaways and other campaigns run with Winify are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X / Twitter or any other platform.

2. Prizes and Rewards Are Paid by Creators, Not Winify

Winify is software that Creators use to run their own giveaways, leaderboards, contests and rewards. The Creator who offers a prize is the only person responsible for paying it. Winify does not hold, guarantee or pay out prizes, and is not responsible if a Creator pays late, pays less, or does not pay. Promotions run with a named partner are paid by that partner.

Winify will never ask you to pay to receive a prize, or for your password, seed phrase or private keys.

3. Winify Is Not a Gambling Operator

Winify does not accept bets, operate games of chance, or hold player funds. Casinos, sportsbooks and offers shown on the Service belong to third parties and are subject to their own terms. Some links are affiliate or sponsored links. It is your responsibility to check that gambling with any operator is legal where you live.

4. 18+ and Responsible Gambling

18+ only. Please gamble responsibly.

Winify is for adults. Much of the content on the Service relates to gambling. Gambling can be addictive and you can lose money — never gamble more than you can afford to lose, and never treat it as a way to earn money or solve a financial problem. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available:

5. Automated Checks and Statistics

Roll Check, bot and regional checks, rankings, follower figures and other statistics are produced automatically from publicly available information. They can be wrong or out of date, and are not statements of fact or accusations about any person. Tier lists and reviews are the opinions of the users who made them.

6. No Advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, tax or betting advice. Clips and leaderboards showing wins are not typical results.
