Collect every entrant, apply eight entry rules, and get back one winner — with the seeds to prove the draw.
Nobody left out of the draw
A plain retweeter list can return some entrants as unavailable. The roll looks them up one by one, so they stay in the draw.
Provably fair by default
Server seed, client seed and the pool hash ship with every roll. Anyone can recompute the winner.
Prepaid, per item
No plan, no seat, no monthly minimum. Failed calls cost nothing and your balance never expires.
Pay for what you pull
No plan, no seat, no monthly minimum. You hold a prepaid balance and every call debits exactly what it returned — an empty page costs the floor, not a full page. The rate card below is served live from the meter itself.

What a roll actually costs
A roll costs the same whether people entered by retweet, reply or quote. Requirements are checked only on the accounts the draw picks, the same way rolls work on Winify — not on every entrant. Profile rules are free.
